Know all about Switchgears in Hindi:- अक्सर Exam में या Interview में ये question पूछा जाता है, कि What is Switchgear ? इसका उत्तर तो सिर्फ दो लाइन का है, लेकिन तब, जब हमको पता हो कि असल में Switchgear होते क्या हैं? जो भी Components या Devices हमारे Electrical, Electronics Circuit और Machines को Protection देते हैं , Control करते हैं , Isolate करते हैं या Switching करते हैं वो सभी Switchgears हैं । अब बात आती है कि ये Components या Devices कौन - कौन से हैं ? अगर आप हमारी सभी latest पोस्ट का update पाना चाहते हैं , तो आप हमें Instagram पर Follow कर सकते हैं, क्योकि सभी latest पोस्ट हम Instagram पर update करते रहते हैं |

Electrical Switchgears
Switchgears दो प्रकार के होते हैं एक तो Indoor Switchgears और दूसरे Outdoor Switchgears. Indoor Switchgears वो होते हैं जिनको हम 66KV से कम Voltage के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं ,और Outdoor Switchgears वो होते हैं जिनको 66KV से ज्यादा के Voltage के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। Outdoor Switchgears का Installation Cost ज्यादा होती है और Safety की वजह से भी इनको Indoor में Install नहीं किया जाता। Switchgears में आने वाले Devices है:-
Fuse:- Fuse एक Switchgear है जोकि Electrical Circuit को short circuit होने पर बचाता है। fuse, low rating और high rating दोनों में उपलब्ध होते हैं । HRC Fuse एक high rating का fuse है जिसको industry में machines को protect करने के लिए बहुत ज्यादा इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
Relay:- Relay, Electrical Circuit और Machines में Protection और Switching दोनों के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाती है। सभी Relay में Electrical और Mechanical दोनों Operation होते हैं । रिले में एक Electrical Operating Coil होती है जो Electromagnetic Induction पर काम करती है। कुछ Relay Thermal Operated भी होते हैं, जैसे की Thermal Overload Relay जोकि Motors को Protect करने के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाती है।
Circuit Breakers:- Circuit Breakers, Electrical Circuit में बहुत ज्यादा Important है। Circuit Breakers के high rating की बात करें तो ये ज्यादातर Sub-Station में इस्तेमाल किए जाते हैं । जैसे कि Oil Circuit Breaker, Air Circuit Breaker, Air Blast Circuit Breaker, SF6 और Vacuum Circuit Breaker. ये सभी Short Circuit के केस में हमारे circuit को Protection देते हैं और Fault दूर होने पर Circuit को फिर से चालू कर देते हैं। ये सभी Circuit Breaker, Automatic और Manual दोनों प्रकार से काम करते हैं । अगर इसके low rating की बात करें, तो जो 6A के Switch और MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) हमारे घरों में लगे होते हैं वो भी Switchgears है।
Lighting Arrester:- Lighting Arrester बहुत ही important पार्ट होता है। इसको ज्यादातर Sub-Station में सभी मशीनों के ऊपर लगाया जाता है और Electrical Transmission Line में भी सभी Poles के सबसे ऊपर Lighting Arrester लगाया जाता है। इसका मुख्य काम आसमानी बिजली से हमारे Electrical Machines और Equipment's को बचाना होता है, क्योकि जब भी आसमान से बिजली गिरती है तो वो हज़ारों Amp. और लाखों Voltage की होती है। अगर ये हज़ारो Amp. वाली बिजली हमारे किसी भी Machine पर पड़ेगी तो उस Machine को तुरंत जला देगी। इससे बचने के लिए सभी Outdoor Machines में सबसे ऊपर वाले भाग में Lighting Arrester लगाए जाते हैं । अगर आसमानी बिजली इनके ऊपर पड़ती है तो ये उस Current और Voltage को तुरंत Earth कर देते हैं और Machines व Transmission Line को Protection देते हैं ।
ये सभी Devices, Electrical Circuit में इस्तेमाल किए जाते है जोकि Electrical Circuit में Protection, Switching, Isolating और Controlling करने के काम आते है।
