Difference Between Conductors and Semiconductors in Hindi, Know all about Conductors and Semiconductors इस पोस्ट में हम conductors and semiconductors के बारे में बात करेंगे| Conductor and Semi-Conductor को Electrical and Electronics में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है| हर वो धातु जिसमे से Electrical Current फ्लो हो सकती है वो Conductor है, और Semi-Conductor ना तो पूरी तरह से Conductor होते हैं  और ना ही पूरी तरह से Insulator होते हैं , इसलिए ही इनको Semi-Conductor कहा जाता है| चलिए इनके बारे में थोड़ा विस्तार में जानने की कोशिश  करते हैं -

What is Conductor  (कंडक्टर क्या है ?)

ऐसे पर्दाथ जिनमे से Electric Current या फिर Free Electrons आसानी से प्रवाहित (flow) हो सकते है उनको conductors बोला जाता है| किसी भी पर्दाथ की Conductivity उस प्रदार्थ में उपस्थित Electrons की संख्या पर निर्भर करती है| अच्छे Conductors वो होते है जिनका Resistance कम से कम हो|

Properties of Conductors (चालकों के गुण)

जिनते भी conductor है उन सभी की कुछ न कुछ property होती है जैसे-

1. Silver (चांदी) - इनका उपयोग Electrical Measuring Instrument, Capacitors, Circuit Breakers Contact Points etc को बनाने के लिए किया जाता है| 
2. Copper (ताम्बा) - इनका उपयोग Electrical Cable, Motor Winding, Transformer Winding, Electric Chock etc में किया जाता है| 
3. Aluminium (एल्युमीनियम) - इनका उपयोग Electrical Cable, Winding, Capacitor etc में किया जाता है| 
4. Brass (पीतल) - brass का उपयोग Electrical Helping Equipment's बनाने में किया जाता है| 
5. Iron (लोहा) - iron का इस्तेमाल machines की body बनाने में किया जाता है, iron भी electrical current का एक अच्छा conductor है| 
6. Nichrome (नाइक्रोम) - नाइक्रोम का उपयोग ज्यादातर Heating Element बनाने के लिए किया जाता है| 
7. Tungsten (टंगस्टन) - टंगस्टन का उपयोग ज्यादातर Electric Bulb, CFL आदि के Element बनाने में किया | 
8. Carbon (कार्बन) - Carbon का उपयोग Resistance, Carbon Brush और Electrode बनाने में किया जाता है| 

इस प्रकार और भी बहुत सी धातु है जोकि एक Conductor है और उनको Electrical and Electronics Circuit में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है|

What is Semi-Conductors (सेमी-कंडक्टर क्या है) ?

वो पर्दाथ जो ना तो अच्छे Conductor होते हैं और ना ही अच्छे Insulator होते है, ऐसे पर्दाथों को Semi-Conductor कहा जाता है| Semi-Conductor का Resistance बहुत ज्यादा होता है, और इनके परमाणु में free electrons की संख्या भी कम होती है| जैसे की Germanium, Silicon, Boron, Carbon आदि|  Semi-Conductor में किसी दूसरे  पर्दाथ की अशुद्धि मिला कर Diode और Transistor जैसे Electronics Equipment's बनाए जाते हैं |
